Welcome to Louise Yoga – Yoga for Wellbeing

I’m Louise, yoga teacher and business owner. My passion is supporting people to live with a feeling of ease and freedom in their body and mind. I wholeheartedly believe yoga is for everybody and every body. It is the key to personal growth and transformation for whole wellbeing.

The first step, getting in touch, can be the hardest part, but I promise you it will be worth it. Everyone is warmly welcomed in to my yoga space and I really look forward to meeting you.

I offer yoga for mental and physical wellbeing, working with gentle movement, your breath and meditation. Each class will leave you feeling calmer and with a greater understanding of the mind and body connection. We will work on building strength where it is needed and flexibility to keep our bodies supple. Balance poses help ground us and keep us steady on and off the mat. Each class finishes with relaxation, giving you time and space to reset, revive and renew.
